The AA has selected Rightcharge to supply its drivers with charge cards for public charging and to manage its staff’s home charging reimbursements, ensuring its electric vans are fully powered-up while on the road.
The Rightcharge card allows drivers to pay with company funds when using 38 charging networks, and drivers will also receive a monthly credit to their energy bill to cover the cost of charging their work vehicle at home.
The AA says that the arrangement will allow its roadside-assistance teams to remain mobile and efficient while using environmentally-friendly EVs.
