Dacia has revealed the Striker, a new C-segment crossover expected to arrive in the UK before the end of 2026 for less than £25,000.
At 4.62 metres long, it combines an estate-style body with a raised driving position and up to 20cm of ground clearance. This could give fleets a practical alternative to conventional SUVs without moving into a higher price bracket.
The range will include a 155PS front-wheel-drive hybrid and a 150PS hybrid with four-wheel drive. Dacia is also targeting class-leading running costs, although UK economy and emissions figures have not yet been confirmed.
For fleet managers, the main appeal is likely to be space, hybrid efficiency and acquisition cost. The Striker could suit organisations needing a practical family or field-based vehicle while keeping whole-life costs under control.
Full UK pricing and specification details will follow closer to launch.
