Repairify doubles mobile diagnostics fleet as demand grows for faster repairs

Repairify is expanding its mobile diagnostics service after strong demand from fleets looking to reduce downtime and keep vehicles on the road.

The company plans to double its mobile fleet, just a year after launching the service in April 2025. Each unit is equipped to carry out diagnostics and ADAS calibration on-site, removing the need to send vehicles to specialist workshops.

That shift reflects a wider change in fleet operations. As vehicles become more complex, with advanced driver assistance systems and connected tech, repairs are taking longer and often require specialist equipment. Getting a vehicle booked in, transported and turned around can quickly turn into days off the road.

By bringing that capability to the vehicle, the process becomes much more immediate. Faults can be identified and fixed at the depot or roadside, often on the same day, which reduces disruption and avoids repeat visits.

The pace of expansion suggests this is becoming less of a niche service and more of a practical response to modern vehicle complexity, where keeping vehicles moving is just as important as fixing them.

Vehicle off road time due to maintenance is a growing pain point among fleets, but with increasingly more solutions. FleetWise previously reported on Precision Repair Group expanding their repair network.
