Subaru has confirmed it will launch three new electric vehicles in the UK by 2026. These include a face-lifted version of its first EV, the Solterra, as well as two all-new models: the compact SUV Uncharted and the E-Outback.
Built on the advanced e-Subaru Global Platform, all three promise enhanced power, range and charging capabilities.

Subaru Uncharted
The Uncharted is Subaru’s first all-electric compact SUV, combining off-road character with urban practicality. It features a bold exterior, a 14-inch infotainment system, 210mm of ground clearance and a tight 5.5m turning circle.
Three drivetrain options will be available: a flagship dual-motor AWD model with 344PS, 292 miles of range and 0–62mph in 5.0 seconds; a Long-Range single-motor FWD version offering up to 363 miles; and a 57.7kWh single-motor FWD variant with 276 miles of range. All versions support 10–80% fast charging in 30 minutes. UK launch is scheduled for early 2026.

Subaru E-Outback
Inspired by the petrol Outback, this EV delivers 380PS and a 0–62mph time of 4.4 seconds from a 74.7kWh battery with a 279-mile range. It offers 210mm ground clearance, Symmetrical AWD, dual X-MODE and 1,500Kg towing. Safety tech includes Emergency Driving Stop and EyeSight features. It’s due summer 2026.

Subaru Solterra
Refreshed for 2026, the Solterra now offers 344PS, a 73.1kWh battery, 310-mile range, faster 30-minute charging, and increased 1,500Kg towing. Styling updates and improved safety round out the upgrades.
