Suzuki and Toyota are to collaborate on an electric vehicle (EV).
The new electric SUV will be built by Suzuki for Toyota, with the supply beginning early next year.
The EV is likely to be based on the Suzuki EVX concept, which the company revealed in 2023.
The new EV features a platform and powertrain developed by Suzuki, Toyota and Daihatsu, and will be available with an all-wheel-drive system. At its unveiling, Suzuki suggested its range would be an impressive 342 miles, and the price tag around £30,000.
Suzuki will produce the new vehicle in India.
