Zenith has secured a 400-vehicle fleet contract with Inspired Entertainment following a competitive five-way tender, underlining the increasing demand for consolidated, full-service fleet partnerships.
The agreement will see Zenith provide contract hire across cars and LCVs, alongside accident management and rental – replacing a previously fragmented multi-supplier model.
For Inspired, the move reflects a wider trend among fleets looking to reduce administrative burden and gain tighter operational control. By consolidating suppliers, the business can shift focus from day-to-day management to longer-term strategy.
Zenith’s consultative approach played a key role in the decision. Its “day in the life of a driver” engagement model helped map how vehicles are used in practice, while a full fleet review identified opportunities to cut costs and reduce lead times through better vehicle selection and updated policy bandings.
Early results point to improvements in cost efficiency, vehicle choice and environmental performance, three areas increasingly under pressure as fleets balance budgets with decarbonisation targets.
The win also reinforces Zenith’s current market position. As a FleetWise Trusted Brand, its growing pipeline of major contracts reflects a broader shift towards providers that combine leasing with data-led consultancy and operational insight.
