Aidan Bartlett, Holman: Why fleet partnerships are becoming more strategic

As fleet operations become more complex, businesses are looking for more than vehicle funding alone. Speaking to 100 Trusted Brands in Fleet, Aidan Bartlett, Head of Marketing and Product Development at Holman, said fleet operators are increasingly seeking partners that can help them manage the entire vehicle lifecycle.

Holman has evolved from a traditional leasing provider into a business supporting funding, maintenance, compliance, telematics, driver risk and fleet management. According to Bartlett, the real value comes from bringing these services together to give customers greater visibility and control.

"What customers value most is the ability to bring greater transparency, stronger cost control and better use of data across the entire fleet operation."

Bartlett believes that as electrification, compliance requirements and operational pressures continue to grow, fleet managers need suppliers that understand how all parts of the operation connect. Rather than managing multiple providers, many organisations are looking for strategic partners capable of delivering joined-up support and clearer operational insight.

His message reflects a wider trend identified throughout this year's Trusted Brands report: fleets are increasingly selecting suppliers based on expertise, support and long-term value, rather than price alone.
