Cubic3, the connectivity partner behind Audi and Škoda, brings cross-border FleetWallet3 to UK fleets

Cubic3 — the connected-vehicle software supplier behind Audi’s global infotainment platform and Škoda’s data-rich connected services — is preparing a UK launch for FleetWallet3, its AI-enabled in-vehicle payments system now available at more than 5,300 fuel retailers across Europe.

Delivered through a new partnership with CarPay-Diem, the platform is designed for fleets that frequently cross borders, including haulage and HGV operators, delivery fleets, corporate mobility providers, car-share schemes and emergency services. With support for all major fuel cards, FleetWallet3 uses real-time vehicle data to block fuel misuse and automate reconciliation, generating 10%+ savings on fuel spend.

The network spans 12 European markets and includes major partners such as Esso and Certas, with UK and Irish coverage expanding next. Paul Foley, Commercial Director at FleetWallet3, said the collaboration “supports fleets where cross-border refuelling and services like washing, parking and tolling demand seamless, secure in-vehicle payment automation.”

Cubic3’s arrival is noteworthy for UK operators because the same cloud platform already underpins Audi’s unified global connectivity and Škoda’s shift toward software-defined vehicles, where Cubic3-enabled services have processed over 410TB of data.
