Epyx and Paua have both launched upgraded platforms this month aimed at reducing inefficiency and improving visibility across two of fleets’ biggest pressure points: vehicle downtime and EV charging.
Epyx’s new Downtime Management dashboard, built on its 1link Service Network, brings off-road vehicle management into a single, live view. Drawing on real-time SMR data, the tool highlights overdue vehicles, delayed garage responses, unresolved incidents and current hire usage, while also scoring garages on historical responsiveness. The dashboard is provided free to fleets using Epyx’s Downtime Management service.
Meanwhile, Paua Pro targets the growing complexity of EV charging. The upgraded platform gives fleets real-time oversight of charging sessions, cost per driver or vehicle, and charging behaviour through analytics dashboards and heat maps.
Fleets can also set spend limits, restrict networks or connectors, and integrate charging data directly into telematics and finance systems via APIs. Paua has also expanded access through a new partnership with Zapgo, adding more rapid chargers to its network.
