The M40 – connecting London and Birmingham – remains the top-rated motorway, with 75% of drivers expressing satisfaction. Among ‘A’ roads, the A30 between Exeter and Penzance came out on top, achieving an impressive 85% satisfaction score.
At the other end of the scale, the A47 was rated lowest overall, with road surface quality being one of the most frequently cited complaints by drivers.
