Geely is strengthening its UK line-up with the launch of the EX2, a compact electric hatchback that aims to bring more choice to fleets looking for affordable EVs.
Priced from £20,990, the EX2 will arrive next month to compete with models such as the Renault 5 and BYD Dolphin Surf. Entry-level versions use a 35kWh battery offering up to 155 miles of range, while higher-spec models increase that to 214 miles with a larger 47kWh battery.

Despite its competitive price, the EX2 comes well equipped. Standard features include a 14.6-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking and blind spot detection. A 375-litre boot and 70-litre front storage compartment also make it practical for everyday business use.
For fleet operators, the EX2 reflects a growing trend of Chinese manufacturers offering high equipment levels and long warranties at lower price points. Geely backs the car with an eight-year/125,000-mile vehicle and battery warranty, helping provide reassurance as the brand continues to establish itself in the UK market.
