Honda is set to launch the Super-N in the UK this July, introducing a very-compact electric car designed to make everyday driving feel a bit less routine – and a lot more engaging.
Priced from under £20,000, the Super-N sits firmly at the affordable end of the EV market, offering up to 199 miles of city range. For fleets, that makes it well suited to urban roles, short commutes and predictable daily mileage without adding unnecessary cost.

What sets it apart is how it tries to make everyday driving a bit more enjoyable. It’s a small, lightweight car, so it feels more responsive around town, and there’s a BOOST mode if you want a bit of extra punch pulling away from lights or joining faster roads. Honda has even added a simulated gearbox and engine sound, so it doesn’t feel like a typical silent EV – it gives drivers something a bit more familiar to engage with.
The design takes inspiration from the Honda City Turbo II – a small, sporty hatchback from the 1980s that became a bit of a cult classic. Here, that translates into a compact car with bold styling and a bit more personality than your average city EV. It’s still practical enough for daily use – easy to park, simple to drive, and well suited to commuting or short trips – but with a bit more character built in.
