FleetCheck says Single Sign-On (SSO) is becoming a key trend in fleet management software, allowing users to access all their fleet systems with one login, rather than opening lots of separate apps side-by-side.
Fleetcheck CEO, Peter Golding, highlights growing demand for seamless integration between platforms such as tachograph analysis and fleet management, with users wanting the ability to switch easily from one platform to another on their screen through a series of advanced integrations.
FleetCheck’s first major SSO project involves a collaboration with tachograph provider VDO, enabling a unified system for compliance, walk-around checks and maintenance. This, says Golding, reduces admin, improves driver hours compliance and streamlines Earned Recognition reporting.
Customers have responded positively, with some describing it as a “day-to-day operational bible”.
Golding sees huge potential for further SSO integrations with other suppliers to simplify fleet operations.
