Dacia’s new hybrid 4x4 variants of its Duster and Bigster models are now on sale in the UK, starting from £26,845 and £29,265 respectively.
The new models offer all-wheel-drive (AWD) drivetrains along with the brand’s six-speed automatic gearbox. They use the same mild-hybrid assisted 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine as before, but with an extra electric motor on the back axle, providing an extra 30hp and 87 Nm of torque.
Power totals to 150hp on both models. For fleets considering the likes of a Vauxhall Mokka or Ford Puma, the Hybrid 150 4x4 Dacias offer more rugged capability when the trail gets rough.

The Hybrid 150 model is available only on the top-level Extreme trim line of the Duster, whereas on the Bigster, it’s available on both the Extreme and mid-range Journey trim.
The Hybrid 150 models share many components with the existing 130 4x4 models, though the latter was only available with a six-speed manual gearbox.
For fleet buyers, the Hybrid 150 Dacias represent a more flexible choice throughout the brand’s value-based family SUVs, including extra off-road, rugged capability as well as the easy nature of an automatic gearbox.
