With electrified vehicle choice continuing to expand, this week’s Business Lease Shortlist looks at four different ways fleets can balance monthly cost, charging access, range and driver requirements.
From a low-cost full EV through to hybrid and premium electric options, each deal has been selected to suit a distinct fleet role rather than simply chasing the lowest headline rental.
All four offers below feature the same 10,000-mile annual allowance and business lease pricing shown excluding VAT.
Renault 4 E-Tech Evolution+ 52kWh
£188.81 per month | £2,265.72 initial rental | 24 months | 10,000 miles

The Renault 4 E-Tech gives fleets one of the most affordable full-EV options in this week’s selection.
Its 52kWh battery provides a quoted range of 249 miles, which should suit mainstream commuting and regional business use without pushing drivers into a much larger or more expensive vehicle.
The short 24-month term is also useful for fleets that want to keep replacement cycles flexible while EV technology continues to move quickly.
Best for: Mainstream company-car users, urban and regional duties, and fleets wanting a low-cost EV entry point.

Peugeot 308 Hybrid 145 Allure
£295.53 per month | £3,546.36 initial rental | 60 months | 10,000 miles

It combines a conventional hatchback format with an electrified powertrain, making it suitable for fleets that want to reduce fuel consumption without requiring employees to plug in at home or work.
The five-year term is long, however, so fleets need to be comfortable retaining the vehicle across a relatively extended replacement cycle.
Best for: Drivers who cannot reliably charge but where fleets still want an electrified mainstream hatchback.

Honda HR-V e Advance
£323.37 per month | £3,880.44 initial rental | 60 months | 10,000 miles

Its higher seating position and flexible cabin make it a stronger choice for users who need more passenger and luggage capacity than a conventional hatchback, while the e system keeps it within the electrified remit.
Again, the 60-month term means whole-life cost and expected mileage should be considered carefully.
Best for: Regional drivers and company-car users needing crossover practicality without relying on charging infrastructure.

DS No7 La Première 74kWh
£543.22 per month | £6,518.64 initial rental | 60 months | 10,000 miles

Its 74kWh battery delivers a quoted range of 313 miles, giving it significantly more long-distance flexibility than the lower-cost Renault 4 while offering a much more premium specification.
The monthly rental is substantially higher, so it makes most sense where driver grade, mileage and Benefit-in-Kind savings justify the step up.
Best for: Senior company-car grades and higher-mileage drivers wanting a premium EV with useful range.

FleetWise view
The Renault 4 E-Tech is the standout value option and has the added advantage of a short contract. The Peugeot 308 Hybrid offers a straightforward bridge for drivers without dependable charging, while the Honda HR-V adds more crossover practicality.
The DS No7 sits in a completely different company-car grade, but its 313-mile quoted range gives fleets a useful premium EV alternative for drivers covering longer distances.
As ever, the headline rental should only be the starting point. Contract length, initial rental, charging access, Benefit-in-Kind and real-world duty cycle all need to be assessed before deciding which vehicle offers the strongest fleet value.
Prices checked 27 October 2026. All deals are business leases excluding VAT and subject to availability, finance approval, processing fees and excess-mileage charges.
