Audi has opened the order books for the new Q7 in the UK, starting from £81,665 all the way up to £101,665, giving fleet buyers a new option for a full-size premium SUV.
Initially, the Q7 will be equipped with a 3.0-litre mild-hybrid V6 TDI engine with more powertrains coming later. The big diesel develops 295hp and 630Nm of torque, helping it get from 0-62mph in 6.2 seconds. Audi's Quattro all-wheel drive system, adaptive air suspension and all-wheel steering aim all come as standard on each model.
The Q7's interior is rather tech-heavy; it features an 11.9-inch virtual cockpit, a 14.5-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch passenger display - all as standard. Driver assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control, surround-view cameras and Audi's Park Assist Plus, are also equipped across the model range.

Buyers have a choice of three levels: S line, Edition 1 and the Vorsprung. The S line provides Matrix LED headlights, 20-inch alloy wheels and heated front sport seats, while the Edition 1 adds 22-inch wheels, Nappa leather upholstery, ventilated and massage front seats, plus heated rear seating. The top-of-the-range Vorsprung gains 23-inch alloy wheels, Digital Matrix LED headlights, a Bang & Olufsen 4D audio system, and a panoramic glass roof.
For fleets, Ingolstadt's SUVs have been popular choices throughout the premium SUV segment with the Q7 leading the pack. This new generation carries that torch alongside it's newly-unveiled big brother, the Q9. With big emphasis on luxury, tech, and performance, it remains a competitive choice against the likes of the Range Rover Sport, BMW X5 and Mercedes-Benz GLE.
