Volvo has introduced a new Black Edition version of its all electric EX30, adding a darker, more distinctive look to one of the UK’s top selling EVs.
Priced from £40,060 in Single Motor Plus trim, the EX30 Black Edition is available in both Single Motor Extended Range and Twin Motor Performance forms. The Single Motor Extended Range delivers up to 295.2 miles combined range and accelerates from 0 to 62mph in 5.3 seconds, with a heat pump fitted as standard to support efficiency.
For company car drivers, the appeal goes beyond styling. The EX30 features advanced sensing technology with five radars, five cameras and twelve ultrasonic sensors, alongside adaptive cruise control and a powered tailgate.
The EX30 was the UK’s tenth best selling battery electric vehicle in 2025, and the Black Edition adds further choice across Plus and Ultra trims. As Rob Deane, Commercial Operations Director at Volvo Car UK, said: “The Black Edition variants of our models have struck a chord with buyers in the past.”
