Geely will introduce its third UK model this summer with the launch of the EX2, a compact electric hatchback expected to start from around £20,000.
Positioned below the EX5 and Starray, the EX2 is aimed at the growing small EV segment, taking on rivals such as the Renault 5 and MG4 Urban. In China, where it is sold as the Xingyuan, it was the country’s best selling car of 2025.

If UK models mirror the Chinese specification, buyers will choose between a 30kWh battery paired with a 78bhp motor offering up to 193 miles range, or a 40kWh battery with 114bhp and up to 255 miles range under the CLTC test cycle.
Inside, the EX2 features a 14.6 inch central touchscreen, an 8.8 inch driver display, and offers 375 litres of boot space, plus a 75 litre front storage compartment, strengthening its everyday practicality for urban drivers.
