Europcar Mobility Group UK has launched Flex Model Choice, a new long-term rental solution designed for businesses running electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. The service offers access to specific models from Europcar’s EV and PHEV fleet for periods between three and 12 months at a fixed monthly cost.
Vehicles can typically be delivered within five working days across the UK. Current options include the Ford Kuga and Explorer, BYD Seal U, Jeep Avenger, Hyundai Kona, BMW iX2 and Peugeot E-3008.
Tom Middleditch, head of electric mobility at Europcar, said Flex Model Choice helps businesses access the latest BEV and PHEV models without the rigid commitment of leasing. The approach also allows companies to upgrade to newer vehicle technology more regularly.
Crucially, the ability to choose specific makes and models supports accurate Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) forecasting, making it ideal for salary sacrifice schemes. Flex Model Choice is tailored to offer flexibility, speed and future-ready motoring.
