XPENG UK has announced Ohme as its exclusive home-EV-charging partner, supporting its UK launch with an easy charging solution for new electric vehicle owners. Customers purchasing the all-electric XPENG G6 Long Range before the end of September, will receive a complimentary Ohme home charger, including installation.
Ohme, the UK’s largest home EV-charging provider, will offer a complete support package including charger hardware and installation. Its smart chargers automatically adjust to the lowest-cost, greenest energy tariffs, using live grid data.
On a dynamic tariff such as Intelligent Octopus Go (costing as little as 7p/kWh), a full charge for the G6’s 87.5kWh battery could cost as little as £6.13 for up to 354 miles of range.
XPENG, which launched in the UK in January 2025, is positioning the G6 as a high-tech, zero-emission, mid-sized SUV with a seamless, software-rich user experience.
