Mazda expands fleet dealer network ahead of Mazda6e EV launch

Mazda is expanding its UK fleet dealer specialist network as it prepares for increased business demand surrounding the launch of the new Mazda6e electric saloon later this summer.

Four new retailers have joined the programme, including Arnold Clark Stirling Mazda, Vertu Mazda Redditch, Eden Mazda Taunton and Yeomans Mazda Bexhill, bringing the total specialist network to seven sites nationwide.

The expansion comes as Mazda ramps up its fleet push around the Mazda6e, a new electric saloon positioned against cars like the Tesla Model 3 and Polestar 2, but with a stronger focus on comfort, value and traditional driver appeal.

As previously reported by FleetWise, the Mazda6e will start from £38,995, keeping it below the Expensive Car Supplement threshold, while offering up to 348 miles of range and rapid charging capability. Mazda is also offering buyers a discounted home charger and £500 public charging credit.

Alongside the dealer expansion, Mazda has launched a new business contract hire programme, with Mazda6e rentals starting from £332 per month excluding VAT.

The move reflects how manufacturers are increasingly building dedicated fleet and EV retail networks as more company car drivers transition towards electric vehicles and BCH-funded EV demand continues to grow.
