Fleet and leasing provider Pendragon Vehicle Management has rebranded as Driveway Vehicle Solutions, aligning the business more closely with its US parent Lithia & Driveway.
The move follows Lithia’s acquisition of Pendragon two years ago and comes after a year of growth for the fleet division. The business reported 14% expansion in 2025, with its managed fleet now exceeding 12,000 vehicles, placing it 19th in the FN50 leasing ranking.
For fleets, the company says its model centres on faster vehicle sourcing and broader access to stock. Customers can tap into Lithia UK’s network of 170 dealerships, including Evans Halshaw and Stratstone sites, enabling businesses to select, test and service vehicles through the same retail infrastructure.
A salary sacrifice scheme introduced in 2025 has also expanded EV access to more than 15,000 employees across organisations including The Royal Mint.
Phil Wilbraham, managing director of Driveway Vehicle Solutions, said:
“Driveway Vehicle Solutions is the natural next chapter for our business.
“Access to the quick stock which is available at our fingertips thanks to our dealer network means we can pair customers with the right vehicles faster.”
The company says further investment in digital tools and fleet services is planned as it looks to expand its portfolio.
