FleetWise has announced a new initiative to accelerate the UK fleet sector’s understanding, adoption, and intelligent use of artificial intelligence (AI), beginning with the creation of a specialist cohort of industry leaders, innovators, and technical experts.
Launching in early 2026, AI Unlocked will bring together a select group of fleet operators, suppliers, data specialists, and mobility innovators to explore how AI can reshape operations, improve decision-making, and unlock new efficiencies across the fleet ecosystem. The group will act as a catalyst for collaboration, enabling participants to share insights, highlight opportunities, and address practical challenges that currently limit AI uptake.
The programme will begin with a Steering Group, which will define key areas of focus, knowledge gaps, and priority use cases for fleets. This will evolve into a series of AI Unlocked Workshops, each designed to deliver applied learning, sector-wide intelligence, and cross-industry collaboration throughout 2026 and beyond.
“AI is advancing at unprecedented speed, and the fleet sector has everything to gain — but only if we can bridge the gap between possibility and practical implementation,” said FleetWise. “By bringing together the brightest and most forward-thinking minds, AI Unlocked will help identify new efficiencies, unlock better ways of working, and inspire progress that benefits fleets of every size.”
Topics for exploration are expected to include predictive maintenance, driver safety technologies, advanced route optimisation, automated compliance processes, mobility data integration, and the wider operational implications of AI adoption. The initiative will also examine cultural readiness, workforce skills, and emerging ethical considerations.
FleetWise is now inviting expressions of interest from individuals and organisations who want to help shape the direction of AI within the UK fleet sector. Contributors may include fleet leaders, technology innovators, consultants, OEMs, leasing providers, academic specialists, and AI-focused solution partners.
To express interest in joining the Steering Group or contributing to the AI Unlocked Workshops, email marketing@360mediagroupltd.com or contact FleetWise directly.
