Alphabet (GB) has launched its new digital platform, Alphabet Motion – a self-service tool aimed at sole traders and small-to-medium-sized businesses. The tool allows users to research and configure vehicles, access offers, build lease deals, conduct finance checks, and place orders – all without sales consultations unless requested.
Although Alphabet is a subsidiary of BMW Group, users can browse a wide range of manufacturers, apply filters to meet their budget, and progress to account creation and identity checks before placing an order.
“We understand that time is a valuable commodity, so having the technology that enables customers to expedite the quote and ordering process, offers an unrivalled experience,” said Ian Turner, chief sales officer at Alphabet (GB).
Vicki Bovington, general manager of process management and quality, added: “We’ve invested in delivering a sophisticated, easy-to-use platform for this audience that puts the user in control and simplifies previously manual internal processes.”
Already supporting corporate customers, Alphabet Motion is now central to the firm’s digital service offering.
