Truckfile, based in Redditch, Worcestershire, provides commercial vehicle management software and will continue supporting nearly 500 UK workshops. Its employees will integrate into Tranzaura.

Tranzaura CEO Shane Mann described the acquisition as a significant step towards innovation and modernising fleet management. He also outlined ambitious growth plans, targeting 40% expansion in 2025 and a 50% increase in headcount, reaching 40 employees by 2026.
Looking ahead, Tranzaura plans to expand into France and Germany, using AI-driven translation technology to adapt its software for non-English-speaking markets.![]()
10 years into their collaboration, over 55% of the London Red Bus sector use the Tranzaura App instead of paper for unplanned maintenance
