Škoda launches Cargo version of Enyaq EV

Skoda UK has launched its first fully electric commercial vehicle – the Enyaq Cargo, a van conversion of its all-electric SUV. Developed in partnership with Strongs Plastic Products, the Enyaq Cargo is available exclusively to fleet customers via Skoda’s area fleet managers.

Registered as a light commercial vehicle (LCV) with the DVSA, the model was originally developed for National Grid Energy Distribution in 2024. It is now available to a wider fleet market in two versions: the Enyaq Edition 85 and the all-wheel-drive Sportline 85x.

The Edition 85 offers a WLTP range of 359 miles, while the 85x delivers 332 miles. Both support DC rapid charging, with the 85 charging up to 135kW and the 85x up to 175kW – allowing a 10 to 80% charge in around 28 minutes.

Inside, the load area is made from lightweight, high-strength plastics, with a bulkhead separating the cargo space from the cabin.

Prices for the Enyaq Edition 85 start at £44,310 OTR, with conversion costs from £1815 (ex VAT), depending on final specification.
